UX Designer

Job Description

We are in search of a passionate UX Designer who will delve into user behavior, transforming insights into engaging designs. You will work closely with developers and product managers to craft seamless experiences that bridge user expectations and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and scope projects.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication of design rationale to ensure alignment.
• Document design specifications and user flows for development team.
• Work with QA teams to ensure consistency and quality of design during implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or a related field

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Prototyping Tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Usability Testing

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with responsive design.: Understanding how to create designs that function across various devices.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML/CSS).: Having a basic comprehension of web development to work effectively with dev teams.
