Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our East London team. The successful candidate will provide essential technical support to our staff and clients, ensuring seamless operation of all IT services. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with hardware and software installations, and maintain a high level of customer service. A strong understanding of IT systems and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Perform regular maintenance on IT systems and equipment.
  • Ensure backup systems are functioning correctly.
  • Identify trends in support requests and propose solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
