Responsibilities

• Perform primary assessment and stabilization of trauma patients.
• Implement emergency care procedures and monitor patients’ responses.
• Communicate effectively with the trauma team and other departments.
• Provide compassionate care while ensuring patient dignity and respect.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.
• Assist with inventory management of medical supplies.
• Participate in case reviews and offer feedback to improve trauma protocols.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to department goals.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nursing Diploma
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in trauma or critical care nursing

Technical Skills

• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Wound Management
• Patient Assessment
• Critical Care

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
