Seeking an IT Support Technician to join Tech Solutions Ltd. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical problems, assisting employees with IT inquiries, and maintaining all IT systems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely support.
• Assist in maintaining the organization’s IT policies and procedures.
• Help monitor the performance of IT systems and alert management to issues.
• Manage backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
• Participate in the implementation of IT projects and solutions.
• Keep up to date with the latest IT trends and solutions.
• Assist in evaluating and recommending new technology solutions.
• Provide support for audio-visual equipment and conference room technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant IT experience

• Active Directory
• Help Desk Software

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Virtualization Technologies: Familiarity with virtual servers and VMware.
• Experience Launching New Systems: Previous experience in successfully rolling out new IT systems.
