The ideal candidate will have robust experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network/system functionality. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• ITIL certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
