As a Frontend Developer on our team, you will focus on building responsive and engaging user interfaces that serve our clients' needs. Using your expertise in React, you will work dynamically with other developers and UX designers to create seamless web applications that are both visually appealing and functionally robust.

Responsibilities

• Conduct peer programming with design teams to innovate and improve web applications.
• Understand user requirements through direct interaction and needs-assessments.
• Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of web interactions.
• Produce clear documentation for application architecture and features.
• Mentor junior developers in best programming practices.
• Lead project meetings to align the development team on key objectives.
• Proactively propose technology upgrades and new feature development.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Contribute to team knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
• Enhance existing web applications based on user data and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Advanced certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years working as a frontend developer with React
