Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Textile Winding Machine Operator. The successful candidate will operate machine tools and assembly lines to produce high-quality paint rollers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the winding process to ensure high-quality output.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects.
• Package and label products for shipping to clients.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency and improvements.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Certification in Manufacturing or Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 2 years in a textile or manufacturing role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Textile Machine Operation
• Computer Literacy

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing: Familiarity with lean techniques to improve production efficiency.
• Basic Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of basic electrical systems in manufacturing equipment.
