We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our hotel operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring efficient hotel operations, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel operations to maintain high standards.
• Assist in developing effective staff scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
• Monitor and report on hotel performance metrics.
• Promote and implement sustainable practices within hotel operations.
• Create and maintain a positive team culture focused on excellence.
• Act as the face of the hotel during VIP visits and events.
• Engage with guests to build strong relationships and loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a senior management role within hospitality
