Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, capable of interpreting complex financial data to provide actionable insights. You will play a critical role in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep dives into financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting.
• Update and maintain databases for financial reporting.
• Support audits with accurate financial documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot financial discrepancies.
• Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in project financial planning and analysis.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on financial tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CFA or other relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a financial analyst role
