Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant restaurant in Cape Town. The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. You will play a crucial role in shaping the dining experience and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front and back-of-house staff in all operational activities.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service.
  • Analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll to ensure efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence among employees.
  • Implement promotional initiatives to attract new customers.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years in a management position within the restaurant industry
