As a General Practitioner at HealthFirst Medical Centre, you will provide exceptional medical care to our community. Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients’ medical conditions efficiently.
• Educate staff and assist in training medical interns.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide telehealth consultations when needed.
• Participate in patient satisfaction surveys and feedback.
• Engage in research activities when applicable.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• MBA or administrative experience is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of working in a fast-paced clinic environment

Technical Skills

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Family Medicine

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
