• Prepare financial reports and manage budgets for all properties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant interactions.
• Implement effective marketing strategies for vacant properties.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates.
• Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Real Estate Management or similar

Experience

• 5+ years of property management experience preferred
