Job Description

As a Process Engineer at Innovative Engineering Solutions, you will be tasked with designing and optimizing processes that enhance plant efficiency and reduce waste. You will play a critical role in developing solutions that are not only effective but also sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Utilize statistical process control techniques to monitor and control processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective actions.

• Participate in design reviews and provide input on new technology and systems integration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) registration is highly desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
