Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Superintendent to lead our manufacturing operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will manage the production floor, ensuring that every process is running smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in driving improvements and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team in achieving daily targets and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training for staff.
• Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials availability.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory management
