Job Description

As a Leadership Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering impactful learning programs that enhance leadership capabilities within organizations. Your expertise will help drive cultural change and improve team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key leadership competencies and create relevant training content.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders to enhance their capabilities.
  • Utilize assessments to measure leadership effectiveness and create development plans.
  • Facilitate discussions around organizational change and its impact on leadership.
  • Support the implementation of leadership succession planning initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment on training objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • MBA or Master’s in Organizational Development preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in facilitating leadership programs and workshops
