Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and to ensure a high-performance culture within our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. You'll play a critical role in shaping the workforce and enhancing employee relations across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create HR policies and procedures tailored to organizational needs.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Design and implement succession planning strategies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
  • Advise management on HR-related strategic planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead HR projects to enhance organizational culture.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience in a managerial role
