Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Employment Law is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance or a related field

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of South African labor laws
• HR policy development

Certifications

• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
• Compliance Management Certification

Languages
