Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and organized Event Planner to join our team. You'll be managing logistics for a diverse range of events, building strong client relationships, and ensuring all aspects of the event are handled smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive event concepts according to client specifications.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and equipment rentals.
  • Manage marketing and promotional efforts associated with events.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing event setups.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Certifications in event planning are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning or coordination
