• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Manage event budgets and find cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events through various channels.
• Address any issues that arise before and during events to ensure client satisfaction.
• Analyze event success and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Participate in networking events to seek new opportunities.
• Supervise staff and volunteers during event execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in event planning or management
