Job Description

As an Environmental Scientist at our Durban location, you will drive projects aimed at environmental sustainability. Your role will involve conducting research, analyzing environmental data, and advising on best practices for environmental management.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze environmental data for project development.
• Identify environmental issues and develop solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability programs.
• Compile and present environmental impact assessments.
• Engage with regulatory agencies for compliance matters.
• Create educational materials to promote environmental awareness.
• Work on restoration projects to rehabilitate degraded areas.
• Monitor and evaluate existing environmental programs.
• Lead workshops and training on sustainable practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in environmental science or related field
