We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in executing construction work.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Ensure effective communication among all parties involved in the project.
• Assess and mitigate risks throughout the construction phase.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Evaluate worker performance and implement productivity improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
