Responsibilities

• Create detailed and well-structured test documentation.
• Test new features and regression of existing features in the software.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall product quality.
• Create and manage test environments for different projects.
• Identify and report defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users.
• Provide input on project timelines and deliverables regarding testing.
• Facilitate release readiness through testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand product scope.
• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to drive process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA roles

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Load Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Performance Testing: Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter.
