Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Construction Project Manager with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. The role involves liaising with clients and vendors, scheduling work, and managing site safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution
  • Train and supervise construction staff on project objectives and safety practices
  • Conduct risk management assessments to minimize project risks
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • MBA in Construction Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in managing construction projects
