As an Automotive Technician in Durban, you'll engage in diagnosing vehicle issues, performing repairs, and assisting in maintenance services. Our ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and required services.
• Develop a good understanding of vehicle technology and service procedures.
• Assist in managing parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Conduct test drives to ensure repairs meet industry standards.
• Mentor trainees in automotive repair techniques and customer service.

Requirements

Education

• Auto Technician Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance

Technical Skills

• Advanced Diagnostics

Certifications

• ASE Master Technician

Languages

• English: Fluent
