Responsibilities

• Lead design and development projects on new aircraft systems.
• Evaluate the impact of new technologies on ongoing projects.
• Engage in quality assurance and compliance audits of engineering outputs.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives focused on innovative aerospace solutions.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to foster innovative engineering.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in all engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Engineering Physics
• Master's degree or PhD is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace systems design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Software Simulation Tools

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Aerospace Engineering Certification
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
