Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and re-engineer processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct operations research and statistical analyses to support decision making.
• Facilitate workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Evaluate ergonomics, layouts, and flow of materials.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and inform improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports to present findings and recommendations.
• Lead projects from conception through implementation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data collection systems.
• Assess the feasibility of new technologies in production.
• Develop metrics to measure process performance and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control
• Supply Chain Management

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ISO standards: Experience with implementing ISO quality standards in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems: Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems to optimize operations.
