Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Technical Support Specialist who can engage effectively with customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, provide detailed product knowledge, and assist clients in optimizing their use of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our software and hardware.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved tickets.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues.
  • Facilitate communication between users and technical teams.
  • Identify recurring problems and work to create long-term solutions.
  • Provide exceptional service while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in IT or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support role
Technical Skills
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Customer service software (e.g., Zendesk)
Soft Skills

  • Time management
Languages
  • English: Fluent
