Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be at the forefront of our tech operations in Cape Town. Your responsibilities will include resolving IT issues, providing user support, and maintaining system performance in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
  • Maintain a ticketing system for tracking support requests.
  • Implement and support hardware and software solutions.
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot IT equipment.
  • Assist in user account management and access rights.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
