SOC Analyst

Job Description

As a SOC Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to manage security incidents, perform threat assessments, and continuously improve our existing security protocols. Your expertise in cybersecurity will be vital in safeguarding our digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the incident response lifecycle from detection to recovery.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging security technologies and threats.
• Contribute to awareness campaigns and training sessions for employees.
• Assist in compliance audits and fulfill reporting requirements related to security incidents.
• Work closely with the risk management team to assess and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT Security certifications are highly preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years in security analysis with proven track record.

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Forensics Tools: Hands-on experience with digital forensics tools is a plus.
• Previous Experience in a SOC Role: Experience working in a SOC environment will be an asset.
