The successful candidate will oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare reports that comply with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities

• Audit financial statements to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Support the preparation of year-end financial reports.
• Train junior accounting staff as needed.
• Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes.
• Prepare and analyze budget reports.
• Engage with external stakeholders regarding financial processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
