Job Description

We are currently seeking a Corporate Financial Planner to join our Sandton team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as possess a strong understanding of investment strategies. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure sound financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Advise on best practices for managing investments and cash flow.
  • Negotiate financial agreements and partnerships.
  • Assess financial risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Prepare presentations for executive and board meetings.
  • Monitor industry trends to inform strategic financial decisions.
  • Implement robust financial models for business growth.
  • Provide training and mentorship for junior finance staff.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and banks.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years in corporate finance environments
