You will have a hands-on role in creating beautiful baskets while working with various natural materials. Your skills will help us continue to deliver exceptional products to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and design unique woven baskets based on customer specifications.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to understand customer needs.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery effectively and safely.
• Inspect raw materials for quality before use in production.
• Keep accurate records of production outputs and material usage.
• Help develop training materials for new artisans joining the team.
• Engage with local artisans to share techniques and materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in woodworking or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in woodworking, especially with weaving machinery.
