Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Leading HR Solutions in Johannesburg, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective HR practices across the organization. You will be responsible for the implementation of HR policies, driving employee engagement, and supporting staff training and development initiatives. This role demands a proactive approach in addressing employee queries and managing performance reviews, contributing to a positive corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on employee training and development metrics.
  • Engage with employees to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Review and update HR policies as necessary.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark employee salaries and benefits.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and workforce transitions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR is a plus
