Job Description

As an HR Generalist based in Johannesburg, you'll play a vital role in fostering a productive workplace. This position involves partnering with various departments to support HR initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment initiatives, including job ads and candidate screening.
  • Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues.
  • Oversee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation.
  • Support the implementation of performance management systems.
  • Conduct employee surveys and report findings to management.
  • Develop and maintain staff policies and procedures.
  • Manage health and safety compliance within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
