We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing large construction projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with safety officers to maintain a safe work environment.
• Review plans and specifications for accuracy.
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize project delays.
• Communicate project status to upper management.
• Foster a team-oriented environment among staff and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve conflicts.
• Evaluate and implement new building technologies and practices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to derive lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
