Job Description

We are in search of a Construction Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects efficiently, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes.
• Utilize construction management software for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
