• Utilize GIS mapping tools to support planning efforts.
• Assess and recommend land use applications for zoning changes.
• Create urban design guidelines and standards for community development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Urban Design, or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of urban planning experience preferred
