Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Veterinarian to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues, conducting routine check-ups, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough health assessments and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop treatment plans and strategies for sick and injured animals.
  • Perform surgeries and dental procedures with precision and care.
  • Educate pet owners about pet care and health issues.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment for all personnel and animals.
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Advocate for the well-being of animals in the community.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients and pets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent
  • Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited institution
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in veterinary practice
