Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' health status and report changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Support mentors and preceptors for junior nursing staff.
• Engage with patients' families to facilitate care and support.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is a plus.

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Languages
