Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in civil engineering principles, project management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing civil engineering projects that meet industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering calculations and analysis to inform project design.
• Identify and implement innovative and sustainable engineering practices.
• Assist in tender processes by preparing technical specifications.
• Resolve project-related issues and challenges in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree will be preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering

Technical Skills

• Civil Engineering Software
• AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (PrEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit: Familiarity with advanced CAD and BIM software for civil engineering.
