Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a dedicated sales team, and developing strategies to expand our market reach. You will work closely with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team in achieving objectives through planning and execution.
  • Monitor market competition and trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of new sales personnel.
  • Create a positive and motivating environment for sales staff.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients to facilitate sales.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • MBA is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial sales role
