Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting users with hardware and software issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical queries effectively and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Monitor IT system performance and suggest improvements.
  • Assist the IT team in ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve processes.
  • Prepare reports on common technical issues and resolutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience providing IT support.
