Product Designer

Job Description

As a Product Designer at Innovative Designs Co., you will be responsible for enhancing the usability and visual appeal of our products. Utilize your skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping to develop solutions that resonate with our users. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure a user-centered approach in all aspects of design. Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze user interviews to gather insights for product improvements.
• Rapidly prototype new design concepts and test them for usability.
• Work with frontend developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure the design aligns with the brand vision.
• Create user personas and journey maps to guide the design process.
• Manage design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Participate in design critiques and workshops to gather feedback on designs.
• Help maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency across products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of user experience design experience.

Technical Skills

• Prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure)
• User research methodologies

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in user interface animation: Knowledge of creating animations and transitions that enhance user experiences.
