Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose animals by conducting thorough physical examinations.
  • Carry out surgical interventions and treatment with precision and care.
  • Implement health enhancement plans for animals to improve or maintain wellness.
  • Collaborate with other veterinary professionals for complex case management.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in the clinic.
  • Prepare for and conduct emergency procedures as necessary.
  • Lead pet health training sessions for general pet care in the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization considered a bonus
Experience
  • 5+ years in veterinary practice with surgical experience
