Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, coupled with experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting. You'll be crucial in supporting our financial decision-making processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in our financial data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze revenue trends, financial performance, and key metrics.
• Support monthly close processes, including reconciliations.
• Help in the development of financial models and analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Engage in ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
