Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager at Local Eatery, you will be responsible for enhancing the dining experience through effective management and leadership. Your focus will be on optimizing operations, staff development, and maintaining high standards of food and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth running.
• Lead team meetings to motivate and align staff towards common goals.
• Develop customer service standards and monitor compliance.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Oversee menu planning and pricing strategy.
• Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain relationships.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on service best practices.
• Respond to guest feedback to improve overall service quality.
• Organize special events and private functions as required.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and efficiency in service.
• Maintain relationships with local influencers and community organizations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry with at least 2 years in management
