Dip-Lube Operator

Job Description

As a Dip-Lube Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining dip-lube equipment to apply protective coatings on various metal components. This role requires a keen attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and a solid understanding of relevant processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up dip-lubrication equipment according to provided instructions.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of lubricants and coating materials.
• Dip components into the lubricating solution, ensuring even coverage.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.
• Report any safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in training new operators when required.
• Manage documentation related to dip-lubrication processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in operating dip-lube equipment or similar coating operations preferred.
