Unit Assembler

Job Description

As a Unit Assembler, you will be tasked with assembling and testing electrical and mechanical units following company standards and customer requirements. You will work closely within our manufacturing team to meet production targets, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test units according to product specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on assembled units.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards.
• Assist in training new staff members on assembly processes.
• Monitor and report discrepancies in assembly processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards

Soft Skills

• Attention to quality
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with automated assembly machines: Experience with technology used in modern assembly lines.
• Understanding of supply chain principles: Knowledge of supply chain dynamics as they relate to production.
