Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on supporting our users with their IT needs. You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide guidance on software applications, and ensure all equipment is operating optimally. Strong communication skills and a passion for technology will be essential in this role as you collaborate with various teams to enhance our IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets and provide timely resolutions.
  • Assist in the deployment of IT infrastructure and support initiatives.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop training materials and user manuals for IT systems.
  • Participate in IT project planning and implementation.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on IT systems.
  • Compile reports on support ticket statistics and user feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience

  • Laptop and desktop setup
