As a Cloud Engineer, you'll collaborate with our development and operations teams to enhance our cloud infrastructure in Johannesburg. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and services.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards.
• Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Assist in user training and documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand cloud requirements.
• Provide 3rd line support for cloud solutions.
• Evaluate new cloud technologies and make recommendations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in cloud practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering

Technical Skills

• AWS
• Azure
• Terraform

Soft Skills

• Communication

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
